Policies

Design approval is required before work begins. If you submit a design, I will make it exactly to the size specifications you set, and follow the provided-for design exactly. If you have me design something for you, I will submit it to you for changes and eventual design approval. In either instance, your signature approval will be required and work will not begin until it is received.

Refunds

If work has not begun on your commissioned order you may receive a full refund within 5 days of the initial order. A 50% refund may be given up to 15 days after the initial order. However, if materials have been ordered, and/or work has begun, then there will be no refund.

 

Returns

Sorry, no returns as each piece is a One-Of-A-Kind and made to your approved design.

 

Shipping

All orders are securely packaged, insured, and a tracking number sent to you so you know that it has been shipped and the expected date of delivery.
